Accessibility

• Host at least one midday (lunch-hour) SBA town hall each semester to increase student participation.

• Expand clear, easy-to-use communication channels so students can connect with SBA without attending formal meetings.

• Increase visibility of SBA meetings, initiatives, and opportunities so all students know how to get involved.

Accountability

• Implement anonymous student feedback forms with regular review and response by SBA leadership.

• Publish recap updates outlining what student concerns were raised and what actions were taken.

• Strengthen SBA’s role as a liaison to administration, ensuring student perspectives are consistently communicated, especially during ongoing institutional changes.

Effectiveness

• Establish clear priorities and goals for SBA initiatives at the start of each semester.

• Ensure consistent follow-through on student concerns and ongoing projects.

• Provide regular progress updates so students can see what SBA is actively working on.

• Focus on delivering measurable improvements to the student experience, not just discussion.
